Who is Our Lady of Fatima?

 Our Lady of Fatima refers to the Blessed Virgin Mary’s apparitions to three shepherd children—Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta—in 1917 in Fatima, Portugal. Over several months, she appeared to them with messages of prayer, penance, and devotion to God.


She called for the daily praying of the Rosary, offering sacrifices for sinners, and a deep turning of hearts back to God. Her message was confirmed by the Miracle of the Sun, witnessed by thousands, strengthening faith in her heavenly mission.
